Walking prayer is a vision God gave his servant Pastor Bright Amegazo to help others overcome stress through prayer, physical exercise, diet, fasting, worship-praising music.
Education on daily Spiritual Living, Healthy Living, and Successful Living.
Five stressors are considered to be contributing cause of 95% of all disease processes and demand a change from everybody. These are physical stress(trauma), psychological stress(emotional), Psychosocial stress(relationship), and psycho-spiritual stress (Misalignment of spiritual belief).
Therefore, Walking Prayer Ministry (WPM) is a body devoted to organize, educate, and inform about the need to collaborate prayer with physical exercise, a healthy diet, and fasting to overcome stress.
Stress factors broadly fall into physical stress, psychological stress, psychosocial stress, and psycho-spiritual stress.
Prayer Request and Counseling time
are devoted to anyone having:
A cognitive problem
A cognitive problem such as anxiety, fearful anticipation, difficulty in concentration, and memory loss.
An emotional problem
An emotional problem such as feelings of tension, irritability, restlessness, worries, inability to relax or rest, and depression
A social problem
A social problem such as isolation and lack of association with relatives or previous hobbies.
A behavioral problem
A behavioral problem including avoidance of tasks, sleep problems, difficulty completing work assignments, agitation, lack of interest in previous activities, alcohol dependence, overeating, and smoking problems.
Physiological Problems such as symptoms of diseases or health conditions, weight loss or gain, fatigue, and High or low Blood pressure.
